Welcome to Aina Iki Ranch, a pristine sanctuary on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi. Nestled in the Kapoho kipuka—land reshaped by the 2018 Kīlauea eruption—the ranch sits amid ancient lava flows and fertile soils. Positioned near one of Earth’s power vortices at 19.5° latitude, Aina Iki lies within a sacred triangle of volcanic landmarks: Hale Kamahina, Kapoho Crater, and Cape Kumukahi. Located in Puna, a district renowned for its deep cultural history and unique agricultural abundance, the ranch embraces the land’s regenerative spirit and volcanic legacy.

Aina Iki is a two‑acre working farm‑ranch devoted to rescuing, rehabilitating, and caring for compromised farm and companion animals. We provide a safe sanctuary for all of Mama Gaia’s creatures and tend to the land with compassion.

In addition to hands‑on critter care, Aina Iki offers practical farming lessons to our Big Island ʻohana and shares knowledge through our online blog. Our mission is to hold sanctuary for all beings — animals and plants, great and small — and in doing so we honor Mama Gaia and share her wisdom with joyful hearts.
